This is Art work I designed to commemorate 10 years of service with C1RCA'S Belgium distributor. Jarun is the owners name. (I think that's how you spell his name?) He is the mayor of Amsterdam. He can roll joints and drive at the same time, I remember staying at his house a while ago in holland. it was so insane. his house was connected to a windmill. He also had a rad Formula One Model collection that was mind blowing, pretty rad dude.
